JURIED VISUAL ARTS EXHIBITION

• Deadline: June 5, 2009
• Notification of Acceptance: June 30
• Includes painting/drawing, sculpture and photography
• Work to be exhibited from Wednesday September 9 to Sunday September 13

For this application you will have to the following information at hand:

• Up-to 10 images of your work in JPG, PNG, GIF format, uploaded during application process
• Indication whether the submitted work is that which will be show at festival
• Description of proposed exhibit, if different than submitted work
• Artist CV (as web link or uploaded as file during application process)
• Artist biography (100 words or less)
• Artist statement (100 words or less)
• Links to your website, MySpace, YouTube or other related sites

This application requires a $50 application fee, to be sent with your application # to our office at the address below. Complete details about the Juried Art Exhibit and its policies can be found in this document.

MUSICAL PERFORMANCES

• To perform Saturday September 12 and/or Sunday September 13

• Whether or not amplification is required
• Whether you are able to roam the festival grounds while playing
• Whether you are able to relocate easily between sets
• Your preference for an indoor or outdoor location
• Your preference of various location types at the festival
• Links to your website, MySpace, YouTube or other related sites
• Up-to 2 images in JPG, PNG, GIF format (colour preferred), uploaded during application process.
• Biography (100 words or less)

This Application requires that you send in a physical example of your work on a standard audio CD and/or video DVD, labeled with your application number to the address below if you are unable to provide links to your work or if you feel that additional material would benefit your application.
